London: Amy Winehouse’s former husband Blake Fielder-Civil has confessed that he introduced the tragic singer to heroin for the first time.

Fielder-Civil made the admission on Jeremy Kyle’s TV show where he appeared with his mother Georgette and girlfriend Sarah.

He said that it was his doing the first time and he had no idea if she had ever experienced it without him, the Sun reported.

He asserted that what makes it easier is that it was alcohol that killed Winehouse.

He also talked about her first experience with heroin, telling viewers that they were in a hotel in East London and he had about 10 pounds of heroin with him and he was smoking it on foil when she asked if she could try some.

Fielder-Civil said that he believed that he may have put up a weak resistance as Winehouse ended up having some heroin.
